He started his career in 1999 as a Public Defender. After that he entered private practice. He worked for a firm handling personal injury cases represented hospitals, doctors, product manufacturers, Fortune 500 companies, and insurance companies. He then moved on to another firm, where he specialized in business litigation and bankruptcy. He continued that specialization when he became a solo practitioner in 2008.
